At Blossom Brothers we love the Holidays! After all, memorable moments with good friends and family were the inspiration for our wine spritzers. Wine, bubbles and botanicals are the ideal treat to elevate all festive gatherings. 

Our spritzers are a perfect pairing with all of your favorite Holiday indulgences—from roast turkey to stuffing to pumpkin pie! Wishing you and your loved ones a joyous, peaceful and safe Holiday season!

Apple Brandy Mojito

Pint Glass, Garnished with fresh mint on top

Muddle lemon, lime and mint together in shaker, add simple syrup, brandy and shake. Add Blossom Bros White Peach & Jasmine Wine Spritzer to top garnish with fresh mint.

1.5 oz Apple brandy
1 Lemon
1 Lime
.05 oz Turbinado simple syrup
10 Mint leaves
6 oz  White Peach & Jasmine Wine Spritzer

 

'TIS THE SEASON SANGRIA

Combine 2 slices of each fruit into a shaker and muddle, combine rum, vermouth, crushed ice and shake. Pour directly into a snifter, add cinnamon stick and remaining fruit slices as the garnish, add Blossom Bros White Peach & Jasmine Wine Spritzer.

3 Pear slices
3 Apple slices
2 Orange slices
1.5 oz White rum
.5 oz Dolin Blanc
6 oz White Peach & Jasmine Wine Spritzer

Portland Mule

Muddle ginger in a shaker, combine honey syrup, rye, cider and shake. Double strain into a copper mug add Blossom Bros Blood Orange & Ginger Wine Spritzer. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. 

Honey Syrup: Combine Honey to boiling water in the ratio 1:1 Chill. Keeps for five days. Refrigerate when not using.

2 oz Rye
.5 oz Honey syrup
2 oz Apple cider
¼ in Raw ginger root thinly sliced
4 oz Blood Orange & Ginger Wine Spritzer

 

Ginger Bread Chiller

Collins glass, Garnish lime

Muddle raw ginger with lime and turbinado syrup with white rum* in a shaker and add to a Collins glass. Fill to the top with ice, add Blossom Bros Blood Orange & Ginger Wine Spritzer to Collins leaving 1 inch of room at the top of the glass. Float dark rum on top of wine spritzer.

1.5 oz Dark rum
½ Lime wedge
.25 oz Turbinado simple syrup
¼ in Raw ginger root thinly sliced
6 oz Blood Orange & Ginger Wine Spritzer

* Adding less than .25 oz of white rum to ginger prior to muddling raw ginger will greatly reduce the time and effort needed to muddle the ginger efficiently.

SPICY SNUGGLE

Bucket with Spicy/Salted rim (½ salt, ½ paprika)

Remove seeds from jalapeno, muddle into a shaker. Combine all ingredients except for Blossom Bros Pink Grapefruit & Honeycomb Wine Spritzer and shake. Double strained. Add Blossom Pink Grapefruit & Honeycomb Wine Spritzer. Garnish with grapefruit.

1 oz  Tequila
.5 oz Lemon
1 Jalapeno
.5 oz Honey simple syrup
4 oz Pink Grapefruit & Honeycomb Wine Spritzer

 

FRESH SNOW

Bucket, Garnished Cucumber wheel

Muddle cucumber in a shaker, combine all ingredients except for Blossom Bros Pink Grapefruit & Honeycomb Wine Spritzer and shake. Add Blossom Bros Pink Grapefruit & Honeycomb Wine Spritzer. Serve on the rocks with cucumber wheel.  

1.5 oz Gin
.5 oz Lemon juice
.25oz Lime juice
.75 oz Honey simple syrup
½ Cucumber
5 oz Pink Grapefruit & Honeycomb Wine Spritzer
